With 15 years of experience across hospitality, multi-family, and high-end residential, founder Jodi Sandler began her career as a licensed Interior Designer before evolving into design management and project delivery. Her long tenure working with developers and operators shaped a unique perspective on how design, construction, and hotel/F&B operations intersect—and more importantly, how projects thrive when those worlds are in harmony.
